कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि।।

Which means -
You only have authority over action, not ever to the result. Don’t be motivated by the result, and don’t get attached to inaction.
